General Return Policy
You should include your RMA # on the outside packaging & ship the items via UPS or FEDEX to:

Completing your return in a timely manner is critical in order to receive proper credit. If we do not meet the manufacturers criterion we do not receive credit, and Eagle Mark 4 cannot credit your account.
-We cannot accept core returns after 30 days from invoice date.
-We cannot accept item returns after 90 days from invoice date unless for warranty.
-A 15% restocking fee will be charged for returns after 30 days from invoice date.
