The Yard Truck Specialist ®

Many of you have know us by this mark since the early 80's and even began referring to us as the yard truck specialist rather than Eagle Mark4. We had to take steps to register the mark (Registration Number: 3362478) due to a large amount of confusion being generated by other dealers using it. It did not however deter their use as they continued to use the mark to confuse you, our customer.

We have taken steps to try to prevent any more confusion and have also implemented a secondary mark; Yard Trucks. That's Our Business. &Trade;. We will leave the legalitys to the lawyers and hope that you understand we are really The Yard Truck Specialist ®.

We have no affiliation with any other comapany utilizing our Mark and have asked each of them to cease the use of the mark.
